CALL FOR NEW BOARD MEMBERS  :  In accordance with its bylaws, DAWN-RAFH Canada is seeking Board of Director Representatives from:  British Columbia (1), New Brunswick (1), Newfoundland & Labrador (1), Northwest Territories (1) Nunavut (1) Quebec (1) and Yukon (1).  We are also pleased to welcome representatives from the Indigenous and LGBTQ+ communities through our Member at Large position(s).

The call for nominations to the Board of Directors is attached. Applications for those seeking to run, nominations must be received at the DAWN-RAFH Canada Head Office by no later than Monday, November 27th, 2017 at the close of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern time) and can be transmitted by regular mail, email or facsimile to the National Head Office.

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be sent to confirmed participants along with other related documents.  Participation will be by WEB/ TELECONFERENCE.   Please CONFIRM your participation so we might have a fair idea about numbers by no later than Monday, December 4th, 2017, at the close of business (5:00 p.m. Eastern time) to communications@dawncanada.net .

Should there be more than one nomination for the same seat, a second mailing will be sent out to all participants with the ballots, mail-in instructions and final details for participation by TELECONFERENCE/WEB.
